The celebration of Mothers continued at SGCS this week with Junior School hosting a Mother’s Day Morning. It was a welcome opportunity for Mothers to gather together, spend time with their child on campus, and catch-up with each other.
The Junior School playground was filled with laughter and joy as Mothers tried their hand at jump rope and handball.
In the classrooms, they negotiated the fine art of making origami flowers to pop into a vase decorated by their child. They also made bath bombs and took the opportunity to dress up for a photo at the photo booth.
After a jubilant morning of festivities, a cup of tea and a chat was in order.
