Survive & Thrive: Building Resilience in Your Children

This workshop aims to assist parents and educators develop effective strategies to help children cope with the stresses of modern life in a positive way.

This workshop will be presented by Melissa Honor, a relationship educator specialising in parenting issues, couples communication and conflict resolution. She also works at St George Christian School as a life skills educator.

Fear can either keep us safe or hold us back from doing good things. In this interactive, informative session, you will learn how to help children recognise the difference and develop strategies to help them manage their fears.
