On 22 November, at a Recognition Ceremony and Reception at Sydney’s Government House, His Royal Highness, The Duke of Edinburgh presented Mr Grahame Binns with a medal and certificate for his long service to the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award program. In fact, of all recipients present, Mr Binns was the longest serving, with 34 years of contribution to this internationally recognised program.
Under Mr Binns’ leadership, this program has provided SGCS students an avenue to pursue goals, to learn to serve the community and has been instrumental in the growth and maturity of many of our students.
