Our School seeks to encourage a culture of service and generosity in order to help our students develop their awareness of global needs and also from a Christian perspective, to see how they can make a difference in the world.
During August, our Middle School and Senior School students were actively involved in activities to help raise funds for those in need.
Our Middle School students participated in a Mufti Day to raise funds for Red Cross teams involved in the Beirut 2020 Appeal. On 4 August, a huge explosion destroyed the port area of Beirut. At least 200 people died and more than 6,500 were injured and more than 300,000 people have been displaced. Our students raised nearly $3,910 in online donations.
Senior School students participated in a Footy Colours Day in support of fighting cancer in children. The students enjoyed a day of flying the colours of their favourite team whilst helping those in need.
