Year 8 English students took to the outdoors to practice a little Shakespeare in the crisp winters air.
The students are studying Shakespeare’s comedic play, Much Ado About Nothing, which is thought to have been written around 1598.
Working in pairs or small groups, students identified key quotes and recited sections of the play in order to identify key themes.
Back in the classroom they will write an essay based on their insights. What a refreshing way to learn Shakespeare.
